USAPEEC sponsors culinary arts competition in Shanghai

The 22nd FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition was held in Shanghai recently during the same time as the 2020 Food & Hospitality China exhibition (FHC China trade show). As recommended by the ATO Shanghai, USAPEEC sponsored the competition despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a chief strategic partner, USAPEEC received nine cartons of U.S. poultry products from Chinese importers for use at the competition, including U.S large chicken paws, U.S. turkey drumsticks and U.S. chicken drumsticks. Each contestant was required to use U.S. poultry ingredients to cook a modern Chinese poultry main course and a Western poultry main course for the judges to score.
