U.S. chicken leg quarters key ingredient at chef event in China

USAPEEC participated in a recent event hosted by ATO Guangzhou in China in which U.S. ingredients for pre-prepared dishes were introduced.

Celebrity chefs developed several pre-prepared dishes, two of which used U.S. chicken leg quarters as the main element: U.S. chicken leg curry with potatoes; and shrimp cake with U.S. chicken.

The chefs praised the leg quarters for their juiciness and size, and their cooking methods were recorded for use in consumer educational videos to be shown on an HRI channel.

Also, during the U.S. ingredient exhibition at the same event, the new USAPEEC logo was displayed for the first time at an activity in China this year.
