USAPEEC introduces use of U.S. turkey to Vietnam with video

USAPEEC recently worked with the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) to create a video with chef Norman Ehrbar and the U.S. agricultural counselor in Vietnam to introduce U.S. turkey to consumers there in time for the festival season and to demonstrate how to roast a whole U.S. turkey or turkey drumstick for the occasion.
