Students in Japan learn how to use U.S. dried eggs in baking

USAPEEC Japan recently conducted a U.S. Dried Egg Bakery Seminar at Belle Époque Sapporo in Sapporo, Japan, funded by the Iowa Soybean Association, with about 40 students participating.
