USAPEEC Hong Kong talks U.S. eggs, egg products at workshop

USAPEEC Hong Kong was invited by U.S. Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) to give a recent talk on U.S. Egg and Egg Products at the Versatile and Delicious USA Food Workshop for Hong Kong Polytechnic University students. As the students are from different backgrounds, they were engaged as consumers and end users.

Other participating cooperators included the U.S. Dairy Export Council, USA Rice Federation, U.S. Wheat Associates, Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, Food Export USA North East, and Raisin Administrative Committee.

Although social distancing is still in place, the class attracted a full house of 39 students in person, and 14 more joined virtually. The workshop aimed to showcase U.S. agriculture products' high quality, versatility, and sustainability through speeches, demonstrations, and tastings of international and classic American dishes.
