2023 Annual Meeting Registration Open

Registration for the 34th USAPEEC Annual Meeting is officially open.
The meeting is set for June 6-8 in San Antonio, Texas at the Westin Riverwalk hotel.

Fast-acting members can take advantage of the special discounted early bird price of $1,075. The regular registration fee for members is $1,175.
The fee for non-members is $2,350.
The fee for guests of members is $300.

As always, this year’s meeting will offer a program of top guest speakers, plenty of time to network with colleagues across the industry, and numerous recreational opportunities during leisure hours.
There also will be some new offerings this year, including:
- nA Marketing Showcase at which members can spend one-on-one time with USAPEEC headquarters and international marketing staff.
- nUSAPEEC 101 & Lunch, a lunch and learn experience for new and existing members to learn about USAPEEC and the organization’s role in the poultry and egg industry. This is a great opportunity for new members to meet with leadership and staff.
- nA Pickleball Tournament: One of the fastest growing sports in America, Pickleball, a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong using a paddle and plastic ball with holes, is a game that is appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels.
- nA Members Networking Lounge, a space where attendees can gather to network, relax, and recharge during the conference.
