USAPEEC Unveils New Logo

New USAPEEC logoTUCKER, Georgia - (Dec. 16, 2022) - The USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) will start off the new year with a new look.

The organization is updating its image with a redesigned logo (attached). It was unveiled this week at the UAPEEC 2022 Winter Meeting in Washington, D.C., and will replace the current logo in all materials for 2023.

USAPEEC President and CEO Greg Tyler said that he was seeking to honor the council’s traditional logo while adding some modern elements with the change.

More of a renewal than an overhaul, the new design retains key characteristics of the former logo, including the red, white, and blue color scheme, stars above the “USA,” and the underlining bar.

There have been notable tweaks – a change in color of the underline bar to grey, the updating of the font, the addition of the updated chicken, turkey, and duck icons that were adopted a few years ago, and the use of an egg icon that half-surrounds the others, signifying that they are hatched. More specifically, the egg icon points to the right, indicating the organization is moving forward. Also, “Poultry & Egg Export Council” has been placed below the underline.

In addition, a new tagline for USAPEEC was noted at the winter meeting: “Powering the Globe with Protein Perfection.”

The project was a collaborative effort between Leah Mulcahy and Mary Alice Cain in USAPEEC’s Tucker, Ga. headquarters and its offices in Mexico City and Monterrey.
