U.S. Poultry Masterclass at ITE

The U.S. Poultry Masterclass, hosted at ITE and led by Chef Eric Low, will showcase product education and cooking demonstration sessions. Three recipes that highlight U.S. poultry and by-products will be presented. The event includes a hands-on session for students to apply what they've learned from the demonstration.
