2020 FHC China culinary art competition

Recommended by ATO Shanghai, USAPEEC sponsored the culinary art competition, recognize the importance of promoting U.S. poultry among Chinese chefs, require each player to cook two dishes with sponsored U.S. poultry raw materials, one is Chinese style U.S. chicken paws, the other is western style U.S. turkey drumsticks, we would like to encourage Chinese chefs to try to develop more and more  new dishes with U.S. poultry, so as to promote poultry trade and sales among HRI sector.
