Module II - Diagnosis and evaluation of the industry in the target country and the competition

This program aims to provide training and education through five modules to the poultry to expand their production by exporting to untapped markets fit for value-added products made with U.S. poultry proteins. This continuing education program and organized as a joint effort with the Mexican Association of Federal Inspected Plants (ANETIF), USAPEEC, and the prestigious private university Tec de Monterrey.
